Based on a true story, Walk with a Vampire explores the sometimes-harrowing experiences of Sarah, a person with a high functioning developmental disability. All situations compounded by Sarah’s boyfriend a person with schizophrenia – who is off his medication and addicted to heroin. In the height of drama, Sarah implicates her best friend, Alex, in a bloody crime.
