Use this form to submit all the information necessary for your theater, comedy or dance production to MadStage.

Please enter as much of the requested information as you can. If there is information that isn't yet available, leave that field blank for now and send the details to shows@madstage.com as soon you figure them out. Even if you haven't scheduled auditions yet, we encourage you to provide a rough estimate of when they'll be held, and correct or update it later as you finalize your plans.

Please do NOT enter titles or information using ALL CAPS. ALL CAPS makes your information difficult to read, which tends to put off potential audience folks. Your attention to this is much appreciated.
