The Marvelous Wonderettes

It’s 1958, and four girlfriends fill in at the last minute to entertain at prom. As they sing hits of the 1950s, some rivalry develops, and the evening ends with the prom queen’s coronation. Ten years later at their class reunion, the gals are back to sing hits of the ’60s. The different paths they’ve followed since graduation lead to an on-stage marriage proposal, a marriage on the rocks, a pregnancy involving raging hormones and a wayward husband, and reconciliation among the women.
