Auditions
Auditions will be held on the following days:

9/22/2026Madison College will hold auditions on September 21 and 22 from 7 to 8:30 p.m., for the November 2026 performances of MILITARY MONOLOGUES: VOLUME 1.
Auditions are open to students and community actors. All are welcome!
We are seeking seven actors to ultimately perform one monologue apiece. Each monologue is an original piece written by a student, alumni or guest artist. The collection will represent a range of perspectives on life in the military. (One monologue has been cast.)
Upon arrival, auditioners will be given a selection to review on their own, then read for our directors and producer.
Auditioners must be prepared to share contact information and scheduling conflicts from audition date through November 14, 2026.
Cast members will be paid a modest stipend of $100.
Auditions will take place in the Studio Theater, room A2031, on the second floor of Truax Campus. If you are unable to attend, contact the producer to arrange a video submission (see below).
Seeking the following:
· 2 Females, 30s-40s. Race-neutral.
· 1 Female, 20s. Black.
· 1 Male, 20s. Latino.
· 1 Male, 18-20s. Race-neutral.
· 1 Trans-feminine, 20s-30s. Race-neutral.
· 1 Male, 50s-60s. Race-neutral.
