An award winning comedy/drama about a young girl with Cystic Fibrosis who is in a hospital for sick kids. The main character, Star, is a Hollywood wannabe who gets a naive roommate who hates really sick kids. The two learn to accept each other. There is laughter, joy, sadness, love and friendship. Based on the book, Goodbye, Best Friend, also by Cherie Bennett. Show is aimed at about age 10 and up. There is nothing inappropriate for young children, but it isn't aimed at younger audiences.
