“Ghost of a Chance” is a fast-paced comedy with mistaken identities, ghostly possession, and quirky characters. Love, lust and laughs ensue when six women and a ghost are snowed in at a historic B&B during a freak Halloween snowstorm. This is the world premiere of a play written for StageQ by a playwright who has been a favorite each year during "Queer Shorts."

Auditions will be held on the following days:

8/23/2011StageQ announces auditions for the world premiere of “Ghost of a Chance” by Carol Mullen, directed by Tara Ayres. An original comedy written for StageQ, “Ghost of a Chance” runs October 21 through November 5 at the Bartell Theater. There will be a first rehearsal/read-through on either August 29 or September 6, with rehearsals beginning that week.
There are roles for six women. Actors will read from the script, and may be asked to work together in groups, so wear clothes to move in. Copies of the script are available upon request to ghost@stageq.com.Auditions are at 6:30 pm on Monday and Tuesday, August 22 & 23, at 148 E Wilson Street, first floor, in Madison. Call-backs will be on Wednesday, August 24.
