Forward Theater Company Play Club "Good People"

It's Play Club Time

Explore exceptional dramas with Forward Theater’s Play Club – and go behind-the-scenes of our next production, "Good People", Wednesday, March 20th, 4 – 6:30pm at Overture Center. Cost to participants is $25.

Like a conventional book club, Play Club members read the script (provided to participants in advance) then meet to talk about their impressions of the work, pose questions, learn more about the author, and explore the play’s themes. A lively discussion will be facilitated by the artistic staff.

Unique to Play Club, participants are also invited to a rehearsal of the play in progress – they chat with actors and the director, review the design concepts for the production, and discuss the challenges (and excitement!) of bringing a play from page to stage over light refreshments.
