#Enough: Plays to End Gun Violence
Join AIP as we take part in #ENOUGH, a night of readings of plays to end gun violence written by teenagers nationwide.
About this event
In America, a child is shot every hour. Gun violence is ultimately about voices silenced. #ENOUGH empowers teens to RAISE THEIR VOICES, occupy stages across the country, and use theatre to confront America’s gun violence epidemic. On April 20, we’ll partner with Rufus King High School to present a reading of eight vital new 10-min plays by teen writers about gun violence. The plays were selected out of dozens of submissions from teenagers across the country. Over 60 theaters, schools, and organizations are participating in this national reading.
