Ever wonder what goes on at a small town city council meeting? In Hendricks, they’re looking for a murderer! Miss Martindale, the local drama teacher, sets up the scene of the crime and soon it becomes apparent that everyone on the council had dealings of one sort or another with the victim and has something to hide!
