Choreographed & Directed by Meenakshi Ganesan this ballet was premiered in India in December 2007 with live orchestra. With lyrics of the ballet written by Meenakshi and music composed by Madison's Indian classical vocalist Vanitha Suresh, Kalaanjali brings this creation to Madison with dancers as young as 5 to adults. Special feature of this ballet is the performance by the youngest Kalaanjali dancers for tall generations of audience.
