WATERTOWN, Wis.--Anne of Green Gables—A Musical returns to Maranatha Baptist Bible College as the annual college spring play, April 12-14 and 19-21, in the Maranatha Gymnasium.
The stage production is based on Lucy Maud Montgomery’s novel about the irre¬pressible Anne Shirley, a Canadian orphan. During her search for “a kindred spirit,” Anne attempts to win over her new fam¬ily, the Cuthberts, and Avonlea’s skeptical residents.
