Wisconsin Heights Players
Wisconsin Heights Players is for children, ages 8-13, to participate in creating a dramatic performance. We have been operating since 1999. The theatre is located in Mazomanie, in the Community Building on Broadhead Street, although we have done shows in other places, like Mazomanie Elementary School and Wisconsin Heights High School.
Past plays include; Charlotte's Web, The Wizard of Oz, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Tom Sawyer, Through the Looking Glass, and more. The cost to participate this year was $30, and included a T-shirt and cast party. Scholarships are available.
Wisconsin Heights Players is a non-profit organization under the Wisconsin Heights Education Foundation. Along with creating a full-length dramatic play each year, it provides a yearly college scholarship to a Wisconsin Heights student pursuing a theater career. Donations are always welcome.
Those interested in participating as performers, backstage crew or set designers in Wisconsin Heights Players, contact Lisa Patzka at 767-2425 or sign up for information at the door at performances.
