Cycropia Aerial Dance

Located in Madison, Wisconsin, Cycropia Aerial Dance is one of a handful of aerial dance troupes in the country and has been performing publicly since 1991. Using low-flying trapezes, bungees, trapeze hoops, hand loops, aerial fabric, and custom steel apparatus, Cycropia combines modern dance, athleticism and the magic of defying gravity. Volunteer-run, the troupe not only performs live but conducts trapeze classes and educational workshops.
