Ashar Dance Company

Ashar Dance Company is an award-winning, professional tribal bellydance troupe based in Madison, WI.

Ashar Dance Company is available for performances, workshops, and "bellygrams" for private and corporate events.

Created in 2006 by Seana Dishun, a founding member of Blue Lotus Tribe, Ashar now consists of Seana, Mahela, Ayper, and Tashar. Ashar is a unique dance troupe because all of Ashar's members are professional instructors and performers in their own right, and they love to perform beautiful fusion bellydance and fire dances together.
Ashar's unique costuming, choreography, sword balancing improvisational system, and fire performances display the power and strength of each member's contribution.
